BMW X1 23d (x) E84 150KW / 204PS (2009-2012)

The high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (520 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm / stepped = 8,110 cm³) and therefore offers a 94% larger inflow surface area and a 37% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance high-performance mesh offers excellent cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 7.6 kg. Free-form cast aluminum end boxes developed in CAD for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the stock cooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Assembly takes place by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to carry out. The original charge air hoses can still be used.
