Massive increase in power thanks to 223% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (stepped) and a total volume of 23.56 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 165% larger flow area and a massive 223% more charge air volume compared to the stock cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine, even under extreme loads.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition high-performance Intercooler core (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD flow analyses, maximize the internal airflow. The flow-optimized design not only improves cooling, but also the response of your engine.
Components for extreme performance: The EVO3 kit was specifically developed for the high demands of tuning stages. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters have been increased to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. The kit also includes a Ø76mm aluminum intercooler pipe, which further optimizes airflow. The cooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
Professional installation & highest quality: A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees durable and optimal cooling. The kit is completely ready to install and includes a modified cross member. Installation is easy, but due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary.
