4 STROKE VALVE
INCREASED FOR ORIGINAL HEAD
After the great success achieved by the 560 cc twin
cylinder coupled to the
Double Power Cam, Malossi could not fail to present the valves!
Malossi technicians have worked to obtain even better
performance.
The new valves have a larger diameter, are made with
excellent materials and are completely reprofiled to offer maximum
performance at all rotation speeds.
Although they are perfectly interchangeable with the originals, these
valves, to guarantee the best possible performance, require a
small adaptation of the head and pistons, as illustrated in the
instructions supplied with the product.

Technical characteristics
Intake valves:

Ø increased from 25 mm to 26.5 mm
Specific steel for high performance intake valves
Hardened stem end to offer maximum resistance and durability
of the contact area
Valve entirely ground
Stem surface with hard chrome coating
Valve surface finish, isotropic polishing

Exhaust valves:

Ø increased from 22 mm to 23.5 mm
Nickel-based superalloy
NIMONIC 80
resistant to very high
temperatures
Material hardened by precipitation with Rm. 1400 N/mm
Valve entirely ground
Stem surface with hard chrome coating
Valve surface finish, isotropic polishing.
